Base Salary
$100k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems.
- Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets and transactions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and external teams to develop technical solutions.
- Enhance system reliability, security, and performance across distributed components.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices and architecture reviews.
- Influence the roadmap and lead large-scale technical initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks like wallet integrations and dApp development.
- Familiarity with DeFi primitives and their real-world applications.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency in backend services and APIs like C#, Node.js, or Java.
- Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle and security in Web3 systems.
- Solid fundamentals in building scalable and reliable distributed systems.
