Responsibilities

  • Design, code, debug, test, document, and maintain scalable and secure software components for enterprise platform integrations.
  • Architect and maintain Microsoft Graph integrations, custom middleware, and production ETL pipelines across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Use PowerShell, PnP/Graph SDKs, and Azure Automation to process high-volume enterprise data.
  • Govern identity lifecycles in Microsoft Entra ID using OAuth/OIDC, service-principal least privilege, and automated data access governance.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, tokenization, API handshake, and distributed Microsoft cloud integration issues.
  • Deliver engineering services and process automation for the Enterprise Software & Integration Services integration review and approval process.
  • Implement solutions using Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, connectors, and custom development.
  • Collaborate with product managers, technical program managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align architecture and delivery with organizational goals.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, develop manual and automated test cases, and resolve defects.
  • Support business stakeholders and the development community through requirements gathering, technical guidance, training, onboarding, and solution research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience focused on Microsoft 365, Azure, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, admin consent, connectors, and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and automation development.
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and security frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, verbal communication, independent-work, and teamwork abilities.
  • Preferred Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, Solution Architecture, or Endpoint Administration.
  • Preferred experience enabling citizen development through training, onboarding, and community building.
  • Experience in media, entertainment, or streaming, and familiarity with Disney technology platforms, data environments, and compliance standards, are preferred.
