Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and ITOM.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and Service Catalog items.
- Implement and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB capabilities.
- Develop CSM solutions covering Case Management, customer portals, Knowledge Management, and Omnichannel capabilities.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party applications.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
- Support solution architecture discussions and estimations while collaborating with customers, architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to capability-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB governance.
- Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST and SOAP integrations, and MID Server configuration.
- Experience with CMDB design and administration, Service Portal or Employee Center, and solution design.
- Strong business requirement analysis, stakeholder management, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and customer-facing consulting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, independence in leading technical discussions, and experience in global delivery environments.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-Discovery, and/or CIS-Service Mapping.
