Base Salary
$190k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve distributed systems to support 10x growth in session volume.
- Improve throughput, fault tolerance, and system resilience across the core pipeline.
- Build scalable data pipelines and processing infrastructure.
- Strengthen observability, monitoring, and incident response.
- Reduce operational bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Collaborate with AI and product teams to support new capabilities at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a backend/infrastructure focus.
- Expertise in Python and AWS infrastructure.
- Experience building and scaling data-intensive applications and pipelines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and database internals.
- Proven track record of improving system reliability and performance in production.
