$156k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver AI and machine learning applications and platforms supporting classical ML, natural language processing, protein language models, and large language models.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, model training, evaluation and deployment pipelines, experiment tracking, model registries, performance evaluations, and monitoring.
- Implement MLOps practices including cloud infrastructure as code, monitoring, traceability, reproducibility, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition experimental standards and outcomes into production-grade enterprise solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable, efficient cloud-based MLOps solutions.
- Develop training content and knowledge articles to educate scientists on model lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; or a master’s degree with 2 years, bachelor’s degree with 4 years, associate’s degree with 8 years, or high school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Programming experience with Python, version control, and test-driven development.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS and Databricks.
- Hands-on experience training and serving AI/ML models.
- Preferred experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production and using Databricks, AWS, or Azure.
- Preferred experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Spark, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or graph databases.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, presentation, ownership, and leadership skills.
