Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level UiPath RPA solutions that automate manual and repetitive processes.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders, analyze processes, and propose solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Build reusable automation components and maintain technical documentation, process maps, solution designs, user manuals, and handbook content.
- Collaborate with peers on technical design proposals, code and configuration reviews, testing, release plans, and end-user documentation.
- Deliver automation projects end-to-end while partnering with senior engineers on solution design and architecture decisions.
- Provide production support through monitoring, exception handling, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
- Optimize existing RPA solutions and evaluate new UiPath features through proofs of concept.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years of UiPath experience with strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Robots, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, and related UiPath products.
- In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, design patterns, frameworks, best practices, and error management.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying UiPath solutions across enterprise systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, Coupa, Zip, Navan, Workday, ADP, and eTrade.
- Production experience building intelligent automation workflows with UiPath Agentic AI capabilities, including autonomous decision-making, cognitive automation, and AI-powered process optimization.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, security standards and protocols such as SAML and OAuth, and integration technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with Agile, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and SOX environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication, relationship management, prioritization, adaptability, and confidentiality practices.
- UiPath certifications are highly preferred.
