Responsibilities
- Participate in an Agile scrum team that practices DevOps.
- Write clean, well-documented code and tests.
- Deliver code as part of an overall solution running in the public cloud.
- Develop and enhance the Media Server to support real-time integrations with LLMs and other AI services.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience, including experience writing C and/or C++.
- Hands-on experience developing software for real-time communications signaling and media protocols such as SIP and RTP.
- Experience with modern C++ at C++17 or later.
- Experience with RTP/SIP, audio codecs, SIP/SDP, ASR/TTS integration, AI APIs, cloud platforms, containers, SRE principles, and AI/ML or LLMs.
- Ability to methodically troubleshoot complex systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a strong sense of ownership.
