Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client onboarding from requirements gathering and solution design through platform configuration, UAT, and production go-live.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and translate client needs into deployment solutions.
- Design custom conversation flows and integration logic for clients.
- Develop proofs of concept and prototypes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the technology stack.
- Build technical solutions that bridge the company platform and client systems.
- Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies.
- Improve onboarding frameworks and Forward Deployed Engineer tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or client-facing technical delivery in a B2B SaaS or AI product company.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Go with hands-on experience building and debugging technical systems.
- Strong understanding of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and basic containerization concepts using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of Voice AI concepts including ASR, TTS, and LLMs, or strong willingness to learn rapidly.
- Exposure to telephony infrastructure, SIP, VoIP, or CPaaS providers is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with conversational AI platforms, contact center technology, or LLM-based applications is highly preferred.
