Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-powered features directly into the user experience
- Lead projects from concept to delivery and build scalable products supporting users’ financial goals
- Partner with Product and Design to resolve ambiguity and close requirements gaps
- Develop scalable, maintainable frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript
- Design and implement backend systems and serverless functions with Node.js and Python on Google Cloud Platform
- Adopt AI-assisted and agentic development workflows and introduce tools and practices that improve delivery
- Conduct technical reviews to improve system and product quality
- Support teammates through collaboration, pairing, mentoring, and technical leadership
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping GenAI or LLM-powered features into user-facing products
- Extensive full-stack experience with modern frontend and backend architecture, systems and API design, and relational and non-relational data models
- Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows
- Hands-on experience building scalable systems on major cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Product-minded engineering approach with strong judgment in ambiguous environments
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and contributing to a high-performing engineering team
