Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
- Build and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and routine tasks.
- Translate business requirements into AI-driven automation workflows.
- Develop solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Create and manage monitoring agents for performance, alerts, and process exceptions.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs and other integration methods.
- Analyze large volumes of log and operational data to identify trends and insights.
- Use SQL to retrieve, analyze, and manage data from multiple sources.
- Design AI solutions that access and use real-time information across enterprise systems.
- Apply MCP or similar technologies to connect AI solutions to data sources and enable cross-system interactions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with IQVIA security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and support materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in AI, automation, analytics, software development, or related areas.
- Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI concepts.
- Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or similar AI solutions.
- Experience working with AI agents, monitoring tools, Azure AI Services, or related cloud AI platforms.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and log files.
- Knowledge of APIs, enterprise system integrations, and MCP or similar AI integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, compliance, security, privacy, and governance requirements.
- Familiarity with IQVIA AI tools and compliance expectations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and independent-working skills.
