Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design and develop application features and modules according to architecture guidelines.
- Develop Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure product capabilities for 5G and telecom networking environments.
- Build cloud-native software using Go, Python, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
- Design and implement test automation using Robot Framework.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, and integrations with LLMs, ML models, and intelligent agents.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools and contribute to AI-native practices across the software lifecycle.
- Work with Linux, scripting, virtualization concepts, Git-based development, and related engineering tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized Tier-1 institution.
- 6–10 years of software development experience in network management software such as NMS, EMS, or OSS within the telecom or networking domain.
- Strong programming skills in Go and Python, with a focus on AI-native development.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker in cloud-native product development.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, network protocols, and open-source technologies.
- Experience with automation and test design, including Robot Framework.
- Experience developing AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, AI-assisted engineering tools, and integrations with LLMs, ML models, and intelligent agents.
- Knowledge of Linux, scripting, and virtualization concepts.
- Experience with Git, GitLab, Gerrit, and JIRA, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
