Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and deliver complex software features independently and with the team.
- Review team code, recommend improvements, and refactor existing code to improve quality.
- Collaborate with architects to review and propose architectural changes and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Work with business analysts to estimate complexity and workload, select technical solutions, and refine requirements into workable software solutions.
- Provide technical recommendations, solve technical problems, and interact constructively with other IT teams.
- Support team delivery through technical leadership, quality focus, and adherence to documented performance objectives.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- At least 10 years of total experience and at least 2 years as a hands-on technical lead providing solutions to a team.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET web application development, C#, SOLID principles, design patterns, object-oriented programming, and object-oriented design.
- Experience with SOA projects and strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures.
- Experience with .NET, MVC, WCF, WebAPI, nUnit or MS Unit, and Entity Framework.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Angular 2 or above, Jasmine, HTML5, CSS3, MS SQL databases, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with unit-testing frameworks, UI-testing frameworks, and WPF; experience with ESB or MSMQ is an advantage.
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate qualification, or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience; a computer science or MCA background is advantageous.
- Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, flexibility, teamwork, and English communication skills.
- Experience with laboratory-related applications is an advantage.
