Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality software independently and with the team, including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Implement complex features using test-driven development and improve existing code through refactoring.
  • Review team code and recommend improvements to software quality and design.
  • Collaborate with architects to review and propose architectural changes and ensure quality implementation.
  • Work with Business Analysts to estimate complexity and workload, select technical solutions, and refine requirements into working software.
  • Provide technical recommendations, solve technical problems, and collaborate with other IT teams.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications with Microsoft technologies.
  • At least two years of experience as a hands-on lead providing technical solutions to a team.
  • Strong experience with .NET technologies, C#, MVC, WCF, REST, Web API, n-tier architecture, and at least one SOA project.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Angular 2 or above, HTML5, CSS3, MS SQL databases, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with unit testing, UI testing, TDD, BDD, UML, SOLID principles, design patterns, object-oriented programming, and object-oriented design.
  • Experience with nUnit or MS Unit and familiarity with WPF; MSMQ or other message queuing and ESB experience is an advantage.
  • Engineering graduate, postgraduate, or bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or MCA, with the required experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, adaptability, and English writing and speaking skills.
