Responsibilities
- Develop, test, document, and deliver complex end-to-end web application features.
- Review team code, recommend improvements, and refactor existing code to improve quality.
- Collaborate with architects to review and propose architectural changes and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Work with business analysts to estimate complexity and workload, select technical solutions, and refine requirements.
- Provide technical recommendations, solve technical problems, and interact with other IT teams.
- Contribute as a hands-on technical lead while coordinating delivery with the team.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications with Microsoft-stack technologies.
- At least two years of experience as a hands-on lead providing technical solutions to a team.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET, C#, MVC, WCF, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Angular 2 or above, Jasmine, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL databases, PowerShell, unit testing frameworks, and UI testing frameworks.
- Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, object-oriented programming and design, n-tier architecture, and at least one SOA project.
- Experience with TDD, BDD, UML, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Familiarity with MSMQ or other message queuing systems and WPF is advantageous.
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate qualification, or a BE in Computer Science, MCA, or another bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
- Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, collaboration, attention to detail, flexibility, and English writing and speaking skills.
- Experience with laboratory-related applications is an advantage.
