Responsibilities
- Develop, test, document, and deliver complex software features independently and collaboratively.
- Review team code, recommend improvements, and refactor existing code to improve quality.
- Collaborate with architects on architectural design changes and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Work with business analysts to estimate complexity, assess workload, select technical solutions, and refine requirements.
- Provide technical recommendations, solve technical problems, and interact with other IT teams.
- Lead and provide technical solutions to the development team as a hands-on Module Lead.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- At least two years of experience as a hands-on lead providing technical solutions to a team.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET, C#, MVC, WCF, Web API, design patterns, SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, and n-tier architecture.
- Experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, unit testing, and UI testing frameworks.
- Experience with MS SQL databases and familiarity with PowerShell, WPF, ESB, or MSMQ is advantageous.
- Experience with at least one SOA project and knowledge of TDD, BDD, UML, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, MCA, or another relevant bachelor’s degree with appropriate experience.
- Strong English communication, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, flexibility, teamwork, and customer-service orientation.
