Base Salary
$144k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the infrastructure stability for designated customers.
- Engage in major incidents and lead post-incident reviews.
- Coordinate and execute software releases based on processes.
- Set up new customer projects following architectural best practices.
- Remediate security vulnerabilities in customer projects.
- Assist customers with cloud best practices.
- Coordinate support activities with assigned customers.
- Create and maintain customer-specific runbooks and knowledge articles.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for customer issues.
- Assist customers in configuring new content sources and product features.
Requirements
- Experience and certifications in cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD and standard deployment frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of cloud network and security concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL/database, Kubernetes, and Linux.
- 2+ years of coding and debugging experience in Java and Python.
- 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Support, Solutions Engineering, or similar fields.
- Experience troubleshooting REST API issues.
- Working experience with SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience using Github, Jira, and Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of LLMs and how GPT works is preferred.
