Responsibilities

Develop scripts, API integrations, workflows, and platform configurations for employee technology use cases.
Implement detection, self-service, support, and approved remediation workflows with validation, error handling, logging, and escalation.
Build and maintain integrations across employee technology platforms using documented APIs and integration patterns.
Write and run tests, document configurations and recovery procedures, and improve reliability based on production feedback.
Configure and test approved AI-assisted workflow steps and report inaccurate or uncertain results.
Monitor owned components, troubleshoot defects, and contribute reusable scripts, connectors, and documentation.
Participate in solution design, code review, deployment procedures, runbook creation, and technical handoffs.

Practical experience building and supporting scripts, integrations, workflows, or software components.
Working knowledge of Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or a similar language, plus experience using APIs.
Ability to test, troubleshoot, document, and improve technical work.
Experience with source control and participation in testing, review, and deployment of technical changes.
Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with technical and support colleagues.
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in applying telemetry and automation to employee support problems.
Preferred: exposure to service management, endpoint management, telemetry, employee collaboration platforms, automated testing, cloud services, or AI-assisted workflows.
