Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume migrations for SMB and Mid-Market customers.
- Manage an offshore migration team and ensure quality deliverables.
- Support strategic accounts through dedicated communication channels.
- Execute hands-on technical solutions and debug migration issues.
- Maintain proactive customer communication throughout the migration process.
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and ship critical features.
- Build customer health infrastructure and implement CRM tracking systems.
- Analyze product metrics and report on adoption and usage.
- Create weekly communications for new features and improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git.
- Experience managing high-velocity technical implementations in B2B SaaS.
- Ability to build operational infrastructure from scratch.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing product usage data.
- Comfortable coordinating distributed teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and solve novel problems independently.
- Bonus: Experience with documentation platforms and customer success tools.
