Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
- Build data processing pipelines and integrate enterprise systems and APIs.
- Develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to deploy AI and GenAI solutions into production.
- Work with cloud technologies and modern software development practices.
- Contribute to technical decisions, code quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Explore new technologies and identify opportunities to create business value.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Python software development.
- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks, libraries, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience building APIs, integrations, and scalable backend services.
- Experience working with databases and data processing pipelines.
- Understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, testing, and deployment practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Lithuanian.
- Experience with AI/ML or GenAI technologies is advantageous.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG solutions, AI agents, or prompt engineering is advantageous.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks is advantageous.
