Base Salary
$70k - $113k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define testing strategies for GenAI bots and end-user UI applications.
- Identify automation scope and coverage and select appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Coordinate offshore QA teams on test execution, defect management, and automation development.
- Track test progress, coverage, and execution results and report findings to stakeholders.
- Review and sign off on deliverables while ensuring QA standards, processes, and compliance.
- Prepare daily and weekly dashboards and executive summaries.
- Use metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Drive GenAI adoption and AI-assisted testing practices within Quality Engineering.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of QA experience, including at least 5 years of test automation experience.
- Expertise with Selenium or Playwright, API testing, and test automation frameworks.
- Strong testing skills covering test plans, test strategy, defect management, UI testing, and integration testing.
- Experience creating and maintaining test frameworks, including Robot Framework with Playwright for UI applications.
- Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL databases.
- Expertise in GenAI agent development and experience implementing GenAI in the testing lifecycle, including GitHub Copilot implementation.
- Experience testing AI models and AI bots.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, property claims, and claims processing is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
