Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop test plans and procedures for flight-critical software and integrated systems.
- Execute verification and validation efforts across hardware, software, and system-level components.
- Analyze test data and document and report test results.
- Develop automated tests and support hardware-in-the-loop and flight testing.
- Troubleshoot and isolate defects and complex system issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, systems, and program teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, including hands-on testing across software, hardware, or integrated systems.
- Knowledge of verification and validation, regression testing, and test case development.
- Experience with test tools, automation, and scripting such as Python or MATLAB.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, requirements, and system specifications.
- Experience troubleshooting complex embedded systems and working on cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ISO, MIL-STD, DO-178C, DO-254, or other relevant aerospace and defense standards.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to obtain an S//SAR-level security clearance is desired.
- Experience with large programs and fielding first-of-type systems is preferred.
