Responsibilities

  • Lead and support client implementations through configuration, requirements gathering, testing, training, launch readiness, and ongoing adoption.
  • Manage assigned client engagements, priorities, delivery, issues, expectations, and escalation support.
  • Translate client business requirements into product, configuration, data, and integration needs.
  • Advise clients on product capabilities, features, enhancements, and opportunities to improve their use of Zonda solutions.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies, configuration issues, data loads, file-based feeds, APIs, database updates, and system-to-system processes.
  • Review and validate product, option, pricing, configuration, and related builder data.
  • Trace issues across systems and coordinate root-cause resolution with internal teams, client technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Communicate technical findings, recommendations, and action plans to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Improve Client Services documentation, troubleshooting guides, implementation resources, templates, reports, and workflows.
  • Use AI-assisted tools and automation appropriately to improve analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and team efficiency.
  • Maintain implementation and client activity in team systems and tools and provide flexible support based on priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client services, technical account management, customer success, business systems, data operations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with XML, JSON, APIs, web services, CSV, SQL, databases, or other structured data and integration methods.
  • Strong project management, coordination, analytical, problem-solving, client communication, and requirements-gathering skills.
  • Ability to understand data integrations, APIs, file exchanges, databases, system-to-system data movement, and detailed datasets.
  • Experience coordinating implementation activities, driving work to completion, and providing software or product training to clients.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote clients and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and adopt AI-assisted tools.
  • Preferred experience includes homebuilders, residential real estate technology, construction technology, building products, ERP systems, CRM platforms, data integrations, hierarchical product or pricing data, change management, and sales or presales teams.
