Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize scalable software components and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with or manage the team to execute project work.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple collaborating teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Manhattan Active ProActive Technology.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Manhattan Active ProActive Technology.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.
- Familiarity with integrating software modules and third-party services.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
