Base Salary
$201k - $313k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the Solutions Architecture team and serve as a key member of the technical account team.
- Hire, enable, and develop an industry-leading team of Solutions Architects.
- Build deep customer relationships and advise on critical workloads, digital transformation, and cloud adoption.
- Support revenue objectives by helping customers adopt and migrate applications, software, and services to AWS with the sales team.
- Educate customers on AWS and participate in detailed architectural discussions for successful cloud deployment.
- Act as a liaison among customers, service engineering teams, and support to address customer needs.
- Contribute to AWS internal and customer-facing white papers and blogs.
Requirements
- 10+ years managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- 5+ years of design, implementation, operations, or consulting experience with distributed applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 12+ years of related work experience.
- Preferred: experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements for the cloud.
