Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software solutions on the Salesforce platform in a fully hands-on coding role.
- Design and implement secure, performant, scalable, and maintainable enterprise software solutions.
- Work across the full software delivery lifecycle from concept and planning through deployment.
- Implement Salesforce asynchronous processing solutions including batch jobs, queueable jobs, and scheduled processes.
- Participate in code reviews, release activities, unit testing, acceptance testing, documentation, and quality improvement.
- Contribute to coding standards, architectural practices, clean-code communities, Agile process improvement, and the growth of other developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience, including Salesforce development experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on enterprise experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- At least 2 years of experience implementing Salesforce batch jobs, queueable jobs, or scheduled processes.
- At least 2 years of experience with Git-based source control and source-driven development workflows.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Agile software development teams, including sprint planning, code reviews, release activities, and automated testing.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Preferred qualifications include distributed-team experience, at least 1 year with AWS or Heroku, Salesforce DX plugin development, Jenkins-based CI/CD pipeline implementation, relevant Salesforce certifications, Salesforce Agentforce or AI experience, and a master’s degree or PhD.
