Responsibilities
- Participate in product discovery with Product Managers and Designers to define features.
- Design software architecture and build, test, and release product features.
- Monitor the application and fix production issues while supporting customers.
- Contribute to engineering tools and processes that improve quality and velocity.
- Participate in code review specialist groups covering topics such as testing, code architecture, and database migrations.
- Use quantitative and qualitative product feedback to help shape the team roadmap.
- Take ownership of features or projects and contribute to cross-team initiatives as the application scales.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- A balanced combination of technical, business, and product skills.
- Empathy for users and motivation to solve real customer problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Fluency in English; French is not mandatory.
- Team-player mindset and experience working in an agile environment.
