Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and execution for PAM and network access solutions.
- Design and optimize resilient connector plugins for various database environments.
- Set standards for clean, secure, and performant backend development in Go.
- Collaborate with global Technical Leads to ensure architectural alignment.
- Participate in on-call and support rotations to maintain platform health.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on technical leadership.
- Significant experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and database infrastructures.
- Extensive experience in building high-scale, secure backend services.
- Proficiency in Go or similar backend languages with a willingness to work in Go.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, particularly AWS and Kubernetes.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and guide a local team to success.
