Responsibilities

Test new product features within cross-functional teams using agile software development techniques.
Ensure quality from requirements analysis through test design, implementation, and delivery.
Design and maintain test strategies, plans, and cases for financial and enterprise product features.
Execute manual and automated functional, regression, performance, system, UI, API, and integration tests.
Automate tests using Python and Selenium.
Validate data integrity, request and response flows, and end-to-end user workflows.
Use Linux environments to execute tests, analyze logs, and debug failures.
Track test progress, report results, forecast risks, and provide mitigation plans.
Identify product defects, record them in the defect-tracking system, and verify fixes.

At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
Education in Computer Science or a related discipline is stated, but the required degree level is not specified.
Solid understanding of web technologies and front-end architecture.
Strong programming skills in Python or another object-oriented language.
Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver or similar test automation tools.
Experience with API testing tools.
Hands-on Linux experience and familiarity with network protocols.
Knowledge of manual and automated testing best practices.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, troubleshooting, verbal communication, and written English-language skills.
Desirable qualifications include Docker or Kubernetes experience, OWASP Top 10 exposure, test automation framework experience, CI/CD tool experience, and certifications such as ISTQB, CCNA, or CCNP.

Hybrid working arrangement with weekly office time and flexibility to work from home.
Occasional travel may be required but is not expected to be regular or frequent.
