Responsibilities
- Provision infrastructure for application teams using Terraform, Packer, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm across AWS, Azure, and OCI environments.
- Lead event-management systems for monitoring, alerting, and notification running on Splunk.
- Lead platform engineering for the MLOps solution running on DataRobot.
- Design and automate observability infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Create messaging-platform integrations, infrastructure-platform web interfaces, APIs, and operational scaffolding.
- Build Docker containers and custom images and manage application lifecycle activities.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Write Python and Bash scripts to automate common tasks.
- Build integrations, applications, tables, and catalogs in ServiceNow to automate operational tasks.
- Support technology modernization involving Databricks, Snowflake, CDSW, DataRobot, and Elasticsearch.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams and communicate complex technical work to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field plus five years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree or equivalent plus three years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience must include public clouds, DevOps, automation, and CI/CD/CT technologies.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure and with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS services.
- Ability to design, develop, configure, set up, and monitor application-performance monitoring tools.
- Strong practical understanding of Linux, Unix, Windows operating systems, cloud technologies, PaaS, governance, lifecycle management, and delivery.
- Experience with Docker installation, custom container image creation, tagging, and image publishing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
