Base Salary
$100k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customers through Delinea software implementation solutions using the company’s delivery methodology.
- Configure and customize Delinea products to meet customer Privileged Identity and Privileged Access requirements.
- Collaborate with integration teams to scope work, gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Privileged Identity and Privileged Access solutions.
- Produce architectural and configuration plans, extensible scripts, and documentation.
- Maintain utilization targets and complete project deliverables.
- Build client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and interact with technical contacts and executives.
- Collaborate with sales, Solutions Architect Leads, Professional Services Managers, and other cross-functional teams to achieve customer success.
- Become a subject matter expert on the Delinea software product line and work independently while aligning with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic or Computer Engineering, a similar specialty, or comparable field experience.
- Proven experience in a technical delivery consulting role.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory Administration, and UNIX/Linux Administration.
- Experience configuring and administering AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Working knowledge of MFA technologies including Azure MFA, RSA/SecureID, Ping, OATH, and OTPs.
- Strong understanding of software, computer, network infrastructure, and security fundamentals as they relate to Privileged Access Management.
- Organizational and technical project management skills.
- Administrative experience with Delinea products such as Secret Server or Privilege Manager; Server Suite or Privilege Access Service is a plus.
- Experience administering PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, and Okta is a plus.
- Windows Workstation endpoint management and administration experience is a plus.
- Scripting skills and working knowledge of PowerShell are a plus.
- MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and RabbitMQ experience are a plus.
