Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards and best practices for software quality and efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make team and cross-team decisions.
- Analyze complex technical problems and provide scalable solutions.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom solutions into broader systems.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address technical challenges and risks.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience setting and enforcing coding standards.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability considerations.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
