Base Salary
$169k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the cloud platform vision and strategy and help manage cloud adoption.
- Design, develop, implement, and operate new and emerging technology platforms in a DevOps environment.
- Evaluate cloud services and architectures and create technical architectures for complex enterprise and digital application delivery.
- Implement automation tools and frameworks for code deployment, configuration management, release management, and SDLC automation.
- Provide cloud infrastructure subject-matter expertise, conduct design reviews, and consult with internal teams.
- Define and communicate technical standards, governance, compliance, and security best practices for the cloud ecosystem.
- Mentor team members, evaluate and onboard new technologies, and lead teams in solving cross-domain problems.
- Participate in system and acceptance testing to ensure solutions are functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well integrated.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field, or equivalent advanced-level experience, is required.
- Expert-level experience and expansive knowledge in cloud software or DevOps are required.
- Knowledge of AWS infrastructure automation, AWS compute and data services, security technologies, and infrastructure as code is required.
- Experience with Docker containerization, deployment strategies, and monitoring and management of build, deployment, and infrastructure processes is required.
- Preferred qualifications include CloudWatch, Infrastructure as Code, Virtual Private Cloud and virtual subnets, on-premises-to-cloud migration, training or presenting to groups, and enabling developer self-service.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or currently authorized to work in the United States and able to meet travel, communication, attendance, and other company requirements.
