Base Salary
$145k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure AWS cloud infrastructure using OpenTofu and GitLab CI/CD.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize Amazon EKS clusters supporting enterprise and generative AI workloads.
- Integrate automated vulnerability scans and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines using DevSecOps practices.
- Build and support MLOps/AIOps platforms for AI model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain compliance with FedRAMP, NIST standards, internal security policies, vulnerability management processes, and audit-readiness requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on deployment operations, data pipelines, and platform automation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Amazon EKS, Linux, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, container security, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, security compliance frameworks, and internal or external audits.
- Experience with generative AI and MLOps/AIOps platforms, along with strong scripting and automation skills.
- US citizenship is required.
- CompTIA Security+ or an equivalent security certification is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Prisma Cloud, Wiz, Aqua, Trivy, Snyk, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, LLM deployment, vector databases, AI security, Zero Trust, IAM, policy-as-code, Infrastructure as Code governance, AWS certifications, and CISSP.
