Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks.
- Architect and implement robust, secure APIs and data integrations.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to define and ship high-impact features.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Expert knowledge in TypeScript and Python.
- Strong interest in leveraging modern AI technologies to drive performance.
- Proficient in Cloud Services, preferably AWS.
- Comfortable writing unit and integration tests, with a preference for TDD.
- Proficient with Git/GitHub, including branching and merging.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to own projects end-to-end.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of modern TypeScript and component-based frontend frameworks, preferably React.
- Solid experience integrating with backend services and RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards in healthcare, such as HIPAA.
- Proven experience shipping complex applications at scale.
