Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Develop scalable and high-performing Java full-stack solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to technical decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Coordinate team activities, support team decisions, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Continuously improve application performance and user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Experience with C++ is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Spring and Hibernate.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with MySQL or Oracle database management systems.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
