Base Salary

$125k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain EDI integrations connecting WHOOP with external trading partners, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Implement and manage ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards across supply chain and finance transaction sets such as 850, 810, and 856.
  • Translate business needs from Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams into scalable EDI and systems integration solutions.
  • Manage and optimize integration platforms and EDI infrastructure for reliability, security, and data-flow visibility.
  • Onboard trading partners by defining mapping specifications, conducting testing, and managing production cutovers.
  • Develop interoperability, data transformation, monitoring, automation, and workflow-improvement practices across enterprise systems.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in systems integration or backend engineering, focused on EDI integrations.
  • Deep expertise with EDI standards including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT and related supply chain and finance transaction sets.
  • Hands-on experience with EDI platforms or integration tools such as Cleo, SPS Commerce, Boomi, Orderful, MuleSoft, or Workato.
  • Strong proficiency in data transformation and mapping technologies and structured data formats including JSON, XML, and flat files.
  • Familiarity with backend programming languages such as Python or Java and experience building or managing APIs.
  • Familiarity with ERP, logistics, and finance systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
  • Experience managing integration projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and independent working skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Commitment to using AI tools while maintaining the quality standards of personal contributions.
  • Candidates must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work from the Boston, Massachusetts office.
