Responsibilities
- Design and develop tools and services for enterprise application platforms.
- Operate frameworks that help engineering teams build effective, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Define architecture and deliver platform projects from start to finish.
- Promote automation to reduce friction between development and operations.
- Identify and close capability gaps and remove blockers for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with IT product and cloud operations teams to translate needs into robust platform solutions.
- Support cloud development environments and processes for agents, integrations, and applications on the SAP Business AI Platform.
Requirements
- Solid experience in platform or infrastructure engineering processes in cloud-native enterprise environments.
- Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code.
- Knowledge of scalable system design.
- Ability to translate technical details into clear guidance for engineers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or related fields is welcome.
- Curiosity about agentic architectures, AI-driven platform patterns, or related emerging technologies.
- Experience as a Scrum Master is advantageous, with ambition to grow into the role.
- Collaborative approach to working across teams and perspectives.
