Base Salary
$173k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing features that are core to the product.
- Utilize AI technologies for rapid evidence discovery.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering Operations, Security Engineering, and DevOps teams.
- Scale the system to handle large datasets with millions of documents.
- Provide technical mentorship to other engineers.
- Review code developed by peers to ensure quality and best practices.
- Fix defects in the product by debugging and resolving issues.
- Provide on-call support for the product and assist customers with inquiries.
- Contribute to internal and external documentation.
- Conduct technical interviews to help recruit new engineers.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent coursework.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, Python, Javascript, Go, or Rust.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, relational databases, API design, and user interface development.
- At least 5 years of experience building distributed systems in the cloud.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading or coordinating multi-developer efforts.
- Experience with AI development tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
