Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the infrastructure for model training.
- Develop infrastructure and software for model inference and protein design.
- Collaborate with ML scientists to standardize research workflows into reusable tools.
- Identify opportunities for tooling that accelerates research.
- Translate bespoke processes into standardized workflows for protein design.
- Optimize training and inference workloads to reduce costs.
- Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting for services and applications.
- Share engineering best practices across the team.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering.
- Experience building tools or infrastructure for technical users.
- Proven track record of developing high-performance systems.
- Experience creating systems and software that are user-friendly.
