Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable, high-quality systems.
- Translate business and client requirements into technical solutions.
- Work directly with clients to move solutions from concept to production.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and lead by example through development.
- Contribute to architectural decisions across multiple teams.
- Support and mentor engineers while remaining involved in delivery.
Requirements
- Proven full-stack development experience.
- Experience independently designing systems and solutions.
- Solid understanding of maintainable code, systems design, and software architecture.
- Experience working across multiple technology stacks.
- Strong experience with strongly typed languages such as C++, Java, C#, Go, or Rust, plus relevant front-end frameworks.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
- Interest in modern technologies including new languages, AI, and cloud platforms.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and distributed teams.
- Security Clearance or ability to obtain SC clearance in short timescales.
