Responsibilities
- Own the transaction processing platform infrastructure for signing and settlement flows.
- Manage transaction-ordering and concurrency-control logic for platform consistency.
- Design data models, API contracts, and retry/backoff logic for owned services.
- Define production readiness criteria including SLOs and alerting thresholds.
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for services in your domain.
- Coordinate with Banking and Blockchain engineers to translate requirements into capabilities.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of backend software engineering experience, preferably in systems with strict correctness.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript; experience with functional effect systems preferred.
- Experience with durable workflow or orchestration systems in production.
- Solid understanding of concurrency control patterns and delivery mechanisms.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL and Kafka or equivalent message infrastructure.
- Strong written communication skills for writing impactful RFCs.
