Member of Technical Staff - Portworx
Pure StorageResponsibilities
- Design, build, scale, and integrate SaaS microservices and features across Portworx products.
- Own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, including design reviews, code reviews, unit and functional testing, documentation, and deployment pipeline management.
- Collaborate with Product Management, cross-functional stakeholders, and early-adopter customers to deliver solutions from concept through production.
- Adapt features based on customer feedback and resolve issues found during testing and deployment.
- Research emerging technologies, optimize cloud infrastructure, and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of professional experience designing, developing, and testing product components.
- Professional software development experience with Go, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and scalable cloud-hosted platforms.
- Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Collaborative working style and strong design sensibility.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes, containers, or Kubernetes Control Plane development.
- Preferred experience with authentication and authorization frameworks, including SSO, LDAP, RBAC, and OAuth.
- Preferred experience with e-commerce marketplace integrations, SaaS billing, usage reporting, telemetry systems, or public-facing SDKs.
