Base Salary
$167k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end, scalable ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and APM.
- Lead the architectural integration of Now Assist and the Otto virtual assistant to improve user experience and automate processes.
- Design and guide scalable Employee Workflows for HR, Workplace Services, and employee onboarding.
- Review solution designs, maintain technical quality, and mentor development teams on best practices.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs in collaboration with product managers, business analysts, and technical teams.
- Ensure solutions follow Golden Instance principles and platform governance standards.
- Architect integrations using IntegrationHub and secure REST and SOAP APIs.
- Maintain technical design documentation, architecture maps, and integration schemas.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise designing scalable, high-performance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and APM.
- Experience architecting AI integrations involving Now Assist or comparable virtual assistant capabilities.
- Experience designing Employee Workflows and enterprise platform integrations.
- Knowledge of IntegrationHub and secure REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ability to review architecture, mentor development teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and produce detailed technical documentation.
