Responsibilities
- Build agents that draft outreach for sales reps based on market signals.
- Develop AI-powered account research and scoring tools.
- Scale data pipelines and backend systems as the customer base grows.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
- Design clean, simple systems and ship customer-facing features end to end.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development skills with backend expertise.
- Experience in early-stage startups with fewer than 30 employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
- Willingness to tackle new challenges and learn quickly.
- Experience in user engagement and iterating based on feedback.
