Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures for AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
- Create and maintain reusable solution blueprints, reference implementations, and domain-specific solution patterns.
- Shape business use cases, assess feasibility, define requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct technical reviews and architecture assessments for enterprise standards, security requirements, and platform capabilities.
- Define integrations between AI solutions, enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and business workflows.
- Develop proofs of concept, prototypes, and reference solutions to accelerate delivery and reduce implementation risk.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams through design, deployment, and operationalization.
- Identify workflow automation and AI-driven process improvement opportunities and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
Requirements
- Senior individual contributor experience designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions.
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders, product teams, platform teams, architects, developers, security teams, and data engineers.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Flexibility with working hours due to global infrastructure demands.
- Ability to work from the HARMAN office in Novi, Michigan or Sunnyvale, California at least three days per week.
