Responsibilities
- Build and maintain application deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools.
- Deploy Java, Node.js, and microservices applications to Kubernetes environments.
- Automate infrastructure and deployments using Ansible, Terraform, YAML, and Docker.
- Support migrations of applications from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure.
- Troubleshoot database connectivity issues and support application teams during deployments.
- Coordinate onsite and offshore teams, application owners, migration kick-offs, and standardized migration-factory activities.
- Use monitoring, logging, code analysis, and software composition analysis tools as needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Azure DevOps engineering.
- Hands-on development experience with .NET or Java and familiarity with Java and Node.js application builds.
- Experience with Maven, Artifactory, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, Terraform, YAML, and Azure services.
- Proficiency with GitHub or GitLab, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub runners, and pipeline development.
- Knowledge of database connectivity troubleshooting and containerized applications.
- Preferred knowledge of Sonar, Black Duck, Bash, Python, Groovy, Splunk, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and AppDynamics.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, coordination, and teamwork skills.
