Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design new features.
- Lead feature development from discovery through to production.
- Make technical decisions balancing product needs and engineering quality.
- Work on SaaS and on-premise software products.
- Mentor others through code reviews and technical feedback.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within an agile team.
- Participate in on-call support for a multi-tenant SaaS product.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on development experience with complex user workflows.
- A product-minded approach to engineering.
- Strong Java development experience with object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with Spring or similar Java frameworks.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in a microservice architecture.
- Familiarity with containerized deployment environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with build automation tools like Maven or Gradle.
