Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on coding, technical mentorship, and end-to-end deployment and support for mission-critical Enterprise Shared Services systems.
  • Develop and enhance imaging applications and web services using C#, .NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Angular, and MVC.
  • Analyze, design, develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 databases for Windows and web-based solutions.
  • Assess and recommend improvements to system architecture and infrastructure while following SDLC standards and best practices.
  • Implement application security, compliance controls, and quality assurance measures aligned with OTI Cyber and Information Security policies.
  • Provide technical support for developers, support teams, and end users across ESS applications and integrations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, programs, and operating procedures.
  • Assist with architecting complex, high-volume, agency-wide applications.
  • Serve as a temporary technical lead or supervisor when required.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital and graphics design, data visualization, communication, or a related field plus four years of satisfactory full-time related experience and relevant specialization.
  • Alternatively, an associate degree in a related field plus six years of satisfactory full-time related experience and relevant specialization.
  • Alternatively, a baccalaureate degree in any field plus eight years of satisfactory full-time related experience and relevant specialization.
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to the listed qualifications may be accepted.
  • Experience with C#, .NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Angular, MVC, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and enterprise application integrations is required or relevant to the role.
