Base Salary
$200k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect stateful multi-agent systems that coordinate specialized agents to execute complex tasks.
- Build automated governance, guardrails, and policy engines for autonomous systems.
- Engineer semantic infrastructure, including knowledge graphs and vector stores, to provide agents with context and memory.
- Develop rigorous testing harnesses, formal specifications, and automated metrics for evaluating agentic outputs.
- Create self-healing loops that connect observability data to automated failure analysis and remediation.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy agentic tools for internal teams and customers.
- Experiment with new models, orchestration techniques, and methods for validating agent behavior.
Requirements
- Demonstrated history of shipping products, tools, platforms, or other production systems that users rely on.
- Active experience building and using AI agents in practice.
- Strong software engineering, AI research, game engineering, product, platform/SRE, design, or related expertise.
- Ability to work with agentic systems, multi-agent coordination, autonomous workflows, and production AI systems.
- Comfort with experimentation, ambiguity, intense collaboration, and documenting architectural decisions and failures.
- Experience with or strong opinions about agent frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen is relevant.
- Familiarity with the listed foundational technology stack, including Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and AWS.
