Responsibilities
- Lead UX design strategy aligned with SIE experience principles and accessibility standards.
- Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Conduct usability assessments and user feedback reviews for continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain reusable UX patterns across ServiceNow experiences.
- Design and build responsive interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder and other tools.
- Develop and customize UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners for seamless UI integration.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies for effective project delivery.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and troubleshoot UI defects.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- 2–3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow UI experience.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow UI Builder and Service Portal.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Solid understanding of user-centric design methodologies and accessibility standards.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale portals in HR or employee-facing domains.
